Minicom Lands Investment From Intel

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL --

Minicom Advanced Systems, Ltd has announced a recent investment in the company by Intel Capital.  Details of the investment were not disclosed.

Minicom is a developer and manufacturer of digital and analog solutions for KVM server management.  KVM stands for keyboard, video, mouse.  Minicom's products feature "out-of-band" access to servers, allowing system administrators to maintain control when system problems occur.

The company intends to use the funds
to further expand its product line and enhance its sales and customer support centers globally.

Joel Fisch managed the investment for Intel Capital.
